This supplement is a lifesaver for me!!!!!
I'm in my mid40's and at that age for women. You know, hot flashes, night sweats, the works. I found this and thought I'd give it a try. The difference is amazing! In the first week of taking it my boyfriend stated that I was sleeping better, without as many hot flashes and night sweats.

Takes time to kick in
Awful. They seem to make my hot flashes and mood worse. I waited too long trying to see if they would be effective so I can’t return. Complete waste of money. EDIT After using for a few more weeks, I finally started to feel a difference. My hot flashes and night sweats have been less intense and less frequent.

An all in one menopause pill
These work solid for my all my menopausal symptoms. They are Loaded with practically everything that might be found in an old Asian pharmacopia secreted away in an alley in Chinatown and they even help with keeping my cootch from turning into a dusty cactus (cool band name). The 2 for 1 is a steal especially since I didn't notice it starting to work until about 3-4 weeks in the beginning and I've been taking them regularly for about 8 months now

Somewhat effective
I've tried several supplements for menopause, especially since the doctors don't seem inclined to do a damn thing even though I've repeated how I am struggling with mood and energy. This does seem to help some. But since the beginning of the month I've started spotting again. I am 55 and hadn't had a period since mid February. I know you aren't technically considered in menopause until it has been a year, so I'm not surprised, but I think I will pause these a few weeks and see if the spotting stops.
