Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Very heavy and awkward box to move around on your own, but just about manageable. I found it easier to open both ends of the box and lift the box off leaving the bottom of the seat on the floor. Would obviously be easier with 2 people. Once out the box, you just need to click the back in, plug a few wires in (fairly idiot proof) and zip the arm cushions on. I managed to do 2 in about an hour, so not too difficult. The instructions are very easy to follow.The chair itself is very comfortable and does everything advertised. It does it all very quietly and very easily. Delighted with them so far, and feel very good value for money. Would definitely recommend!Had a small question on the chair, the company reacted immediately and gave me advice to sort it! Excellent chair, Excellent service!!

This chair is fantastic. I was informed it would be delivered between the 17th - 19th July, it comes in 2 x boxes, and the first box arrived on 14th with one courier, an the second box arrived on the 15th. The first box was the base of the chair and I think that's why it was delivered by a different courier, one that deals with heavy packages. I was initially concerned as the base had only arrived but the chair was showing as delivered. A quick question to the seller via Amazon, and Zoey from the sellers customer services got back to me first thing the next day, was very helpful and put my min at ease. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow, and although I am 65 and disabled I was able to put it together my self, even though it did take me some time. BTW no tools are required to assemble this chair. The chair itself is very quiet and comfortable, so much so I keep falling asleep in mine. It has plenty of storage, so much so that I use the American term for my chair and call it my" lazy boy." In the right hand side pocket I keep both remotes for the chair and a note pad, in the right cup holder i keep my TV remotes, in the right hand front pocket I keep my cooling fan remote, in the left hand cup holder I keep my phone and a pen, in the front left pocket I keep my specs, and in the left hand side pocket I keep my laptop. I have a small unit to the left of my chair with my home phone, a table lamp, and a coaster for my beer, tea or coffee whatever. This means I have everything I need within reach, and I only have to get out of my chair to go to the toilet, or go to the my window for a smoke. ( This is a chair that Jim Royalfrom the TV's Royal Family would love.) I would highly recommend this chair to others for the price, the fast delivery, the easy assembly, the amazing comfort, the storage, and the speedy and friendly support from the seller customer services. If I could give this chair 10 stars I would.

Very comfortable easy to setup

So comfy and easily adjusted.Edit. The chair worked for roughly 2 weeks then I froze in the reclining position. Contacted them and the customer service was great unfortunately they did nothing to fix the problem. I now have a useless expensive chair waiting to be repaired. It’s now august. I’m beginning to give up hope but I need this chair. Think carefully before buying.

Very comfortable and cosy. All the functions work well. Multi positions available which makes getting comfortable easy. Too easy to nap! The vibration function works well and helps with aches especially in my legs. The heat function is in the lumber region only. The chair is very heavy to move around but that only adds to its stability. Assembly was simple. Literally a couple of connectors and two remotes, click the chair back into place on, zip the arm rests on, plug into a power socket and the chair is ready to use. There is a pocket on each side of the chair for storage plus the cup holders on each arm. I personally use them for my phone and the remote. I tend to keep the vibration and heat remote in the side pocket as its not used all the time.

Cheap Chinese quality at top price not at all worth the money. Came in two deliveries 4 days apart so not good for older people . Been disabled housebound I find I hard to find things and have to trust these companies for most of my needs but have decided to do without in the future from this company that let me dow in this case
