Excellent purchase! We don’t have any way to heat food at my workplace, and this electronic lunch box has truly been a life saver. I bought the Monteka 100W Electric Lunch Box because I’m always on the go and wanted something that would let me have hot meals at work or in the car. After using it almost every day for the past couple of weeks, I can honestly say I’m really happy with it. Build & Design It feels solid and well-made. The latches clip shut firmly, and the rubber seal actually keeps it leak-proof—I’ve had soups and stews in here with zero spills. The handle is sturdy and doesn’t get hot, which makes carrying it around easy. Heating Performance It heats food surprisingly quickly. Most of my lunches are ready to eat in about 20–30 minutes, and they’re properly hot, not just lukewarm. I’ve used it both at my desk with the mains plug and in my car with the 12V cable—works great in both. Cleaning The stainless steel container lifts out easily, and the fact it’s dishwasher-safe is a big bonus for me. No fiddly parts to scrub. Fabulous gadget, very good value for money- I go in hospital for a week at a time every 3 months and we all know how awful hospital food is ! I made a curry, and reheated it for my meal and it was piping hot ! Tip- add a little water to cover the base to prevent burning or sticking- I would highly recommend this product.

Lasted 2 months and around 6 times absolute rubbish cheap quality

Often wondered how I survived without it. Can bring my lunch or dinner in it, heat it and have it warm without looking for a microwave. I have recommended to others who have purchased the same or similar.

I've had this for over a year now and having bought two others of a different brand before hand I wasn't holding much hope this would last so long but it still going strong, it's simply brilliant!! I am a hgv driver so I appreciate a hot meal whilst stopped on my break without paying services prices. Ive used it for loads of different stuff , curries , jacket spuds , warming last night left overs ,I'm currently warming a steak pie in it , I usually leave it a good hour and whatever in it is piping hot . Hope it lasts another year but I'll definitely buy this brand again even it goes pop tomorrow.

In many ways this is awesome except for two. (1) Supplier provided two mains plugs - one for US and one for AU, and NO car 12v plug, as advertised. The US plug was no use to me in AU. (2) It works relatively well BUT only ever draws 65-68w from my power supply - never close to 100w. Not sure if thats an advertising or a manufacturing error. Heats relatively well though so, it works but, perhaps slower than advertised.

The metal area looks scratched up and had some stains on it including the heating part. It did not include utensils as stated too. For this price, I would expect it to look at least somewhat pristine or with not much visible blemishes or damage. If I could refund it I would.
