I've used Betty Crocker for baking cakes, cookies, cupcakes, muffins and so much more for over 30 years now, and they're a product with a quality I can trust. If I have a choice, I always choose Betty Crocker. It tastes good, it's inexpensive, the directions are easy to read and follow, every product I purchase from them is consistent when it comes to taste, value, ease of use and I can always count on a consistent amount of moistness and a great taste.

Made some great cupcakes for my friends birthday! They were really fluffy and looked gorgeous. I'm not the type that likes to bake, and I'm not very good, so a lot of my friends were surprised when they tried these. I'm getting a ton of questions about whether I made them or not. Total score: 10/10!!!

What can I say I really like that you're reading a review for Betty Crocker. If you don't know by now she's a solid gal. I would not hesitate on this purchase, but let's go ahead and review this cake. I would like to apologize for not including a picture. However I assure you it looks just like a box of cake mix so I wasn't expecting spiritual enlightenment when I baked this but Betty Crocker’s Super White Cake Mix came close. It is truly white, snowbank white, royal wedding gown white, which for a white cake feels like an important starting point. The texture is like clouds on a sugar high. It is soft enough that it practically sighs when you cut into it and on the tongue it melts away before you can even finish bragging that you made it from scratch. And the flavor, oh the flavor. Sweet, elegant, just this side of decadent. The kind of cake that makes you want to put on a tuxedo or a tiara just to eat it properly. Honestly if wedding cake bliss had a drive thru version this would be it. Final verdict: if joy came in a box it would look suspiciously like this. Well played Betty.
