Cet article est parfait pour la cuisson sous vide. Il tient dans mon lavabo, il est assez haut pour mon plongeur, il isole énormément (le plongeur n’a pratiquement rien à faire une fois la température atteinte). J’ai découpé un trou dans le couvercle pour le plongeur (fil métallique chauffé au chalumeau)
