This is a quality set with several types of tools. The case is thicker than others and feel decently made.

Great product

The ingrown toenail corrector seemed really cool at first, but the hooks on the side are really small and tend to dent/rip my nail instead of propping the entire nail out. I think if the hooks were wider/flatter, this could work better. I tried it on large and small toes, and I can feel it expand the sides as to open the nail from an ingrown state, but then it just breaks into my nail shortly before the whole nail can be propped out. It's not painful by any means, the pressure distribution of the small hooks versus a nail just doesn't really work since nails have layers and can be stubborn.I really like the tool for cleaning under the sides of the nails, I actually use it to prop the ingrown portion of the nail out for removal. This made the kit worth it. If the ingrown is difficult, I'll use the cleaning tool to shove cotton under my nail until it grows out naturally.

I have been hobbling for several weeks with an ingrown toenail on my big toe. Soaked my foot in hot water for fifteen minutes and then took a few minutes and a little pain to dig the toenail out and snip it off but almost instant relief after. This set had everything needed to do the job. It is worth many times what it cost just in pain relief.

So I want to give it a 3.5 stars because even though the material is great and it came with instructions, the Tools are a little too big for home care. I got this as my first pedicure kit and I am happy with it as it works as intended. However, the nail clippers are reaaallllyyy sharp and long. I’ve had to be careful not to seriously jab at my skin when going down the sidewall. The Tweezers are pretty big, a little too big to do any skin removal on the toes efficiently. In saying that, I have another pair of tweezers I’ve been using so it’s been fine. The other tools are pretty cool to use. It’s satisfying getting all the debris out using them. So overall 3.5 stars; I’m happy with it, but I may recommend another kit to someone if they ask.
