Gefu 19090 Mincer Transforma, Stainless_Steel, Edelstahl, 38 x 13.5 x 40.5 cm

After the last two electric mincers not lasting, we decided to pay even more for a hand mincer. The quality is excellent, the suction is excellent (have not has to use the clamp) and - it has a 5 year warranty. It is German.

Nearly didn't buy after reading negative reviews, but as it is flexible and the positive reviews were so good I gave it a go. I also added the grater kit and extra graters. This is a nice solid machine.

Was attracted to it because stainless steel and hard plastic. easy to clean and does not rust. Puts together easily and mincing good as any other hand mincer. Only problem the suction does not work for long on any surface, (stainless steel, sealed stone or malamine) and my worktops being deep are to thick to take the clamp which comes with it. The ring which fastens the mincer in front also doubles as a pusher for meat etc. Vety nice looking but well over prived I think. Sausage nozzle works well too.

Easy to clean and use. Great suction on flat surface which make this product incredibly stable.

組み立ては３回目で慣れました。とてもしっかりした造りです（取扱説明書の刃の取り付け向き図が分かりづらいです）吸盤式固定なので凹凸の無いテーブルに置いて使用すること。丸洗い可能ですが別途長いブラシが有ると便利なこと。購入したお陰で安い鶏胸肉をミンチにして美味しくヘルシーに戴いています。

Fantastic meat grinder mincer with biscuit attacment is hard to beat by comparison to Nickle finished cast grinders of old mainly by no silicone spray mess to clean and store this baby. Five year warranty is unheard of and with a built in suction cup base and a edge counter clamp this grinder stays put. Don't pay attention to the other rating rant at just 2 stars because he is angry as to where the item is assembled hell even Cadillac makes many of its parts in China. Bottom line it's clearly German engineered and built to outlast it's owner and appears to be dish washer safe with zero corrosion possible.

Achat pour faire des steak hachés et aussi des saucisses. Pratique, démontable et lavable facilement, sans avoir à regarder le mode d'emploi. La base de l'appareil est doté d'une ventouse puissante qui tient bien sur un surface lisse (granit) inutile d'utiliser la tige de fixation sous la table. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas livrable en kit complet (avec les rapes et l'embout). A commander séparément sous la référence GE19030. Le plus de ce produit, est qu'il est très efficace, bien conçu et surtout fonctionne sans électricité, c'est écolo !!

Ich musste spontan eine größere Menge Fleisch verarbeiten und am "massiven" gusseisernen Fleischwolf von meiner Ma ist durch meine Benutzung die Kurbel abgebrochen. Deshalb musste schnell ein neuer her. Verpackung/ Lieferumfang: Der Fleischwolf kommt in einer aufgeräumten Box. Einzelteile werden mit elastischen Schnüren innerhalb der Box an ihrem Platz gehalten. Im Lieferumfang befinden sich der Fleischwolf und diverse Aufsätze. Erster Eindruck: "Kunststoff.., ob das wohl hält?!" Ich bin ein großer Freund von Metall und stabiler langlebiger Konstruktion. Das Marketing von Gefu hat sich bei der Produktverpackung viel Mühe gegeben. Aussehen: Der Fleischwolf sieht ordentlich verarbeitet aus. Es sind keine scharfen Kanten vorhanden und auch das farbliche Arrangement aus dem schwarzen Kunststoff und dem Edelstahl wirkt hochwertig. Haptik: Die Kanten sind alle abgerundet, der Kunststoff fühlt sich hochwertiger an, als es beim ersten Eindruck auf mich gewirkt hat und die Rotation ist keineswegs hakelig. Geruch: Kein Eigengeruch wahrnehmbar. Funktionalität: Der erste Eindruck kann bekanntlich auch trügerisch sein. So habe ich erwartet, dass der Fleischwolf aufgrund der relativ leichten Bauweise eine mäßige Performance abliefert. Falsch gedacht! Der Gerät kurzerhand per Saugfuß auf der Arbeitsfläche angebracht und dann mit insgesamt 6 kg Fleisch gefüttert. Das Ergebnis konnte sich sehen lassen. Zur Reinigung habe ich das Moped auseinander geschraubt und in die Spülmaschine verfrachtet. Geht einwandfrei. Tipp: Kühlt das Fleisch vor der Verarbeitung herunter, denn kaltes leicht angefrorenes Fleisch ist einfacher zu verarbeiten. Aber bitte nicht durchgefrorenes Fleisch verwenden. Verarbeitung: Durchweg sehr gut Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Der Fleischwolf ist sicherlich weder billig noch günstig, aber vollkommen sein Geld wert. Ein höhenwertiges Produkt mit ausgeprägter Bedienerfreundlichkeit. Fazit: Klare Kaufempfehlung, da gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und hochwertige Verarbeitung.
