Urgent: Poor Quality Product & Incomplete Delivery – No Response on Replacement
am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The product delivered was of poor quality, and to make matters worse, the remote and other essential accessories were missing. I immediately placed a return and replacement request, but there has been no response. Although my replacement order was accepted, no action has been taken yet.This is a major oversight and unacceptable service.
