Blue lumbar pillow is better for my size (it is not as long) than what I had been using. The pink one doesn't allow to place arms at the side when flat on the back because it elevates elbows also. New blue pillow is better. Both are superior for lumbar support, but am now using the blue and appreciating what it does to realign the spine. I hear "clicks and snaps" as the spine is happy to be supported in lumbar area after a hard day! Wishing it came in a more neutral color to go with any decor, but glad the zipper case is washable. Photos are hoping to help see the size and thickness in comparison. Blue wins for sure!

I purchased this pillow for back support. I am a back and side sleeper and occasionally struggle with sciatica. I have used it mostly while sleeping and can see where it provides better alignment, particularly when side sleeping. It is a thinner, fairly soft memory foam pillow. I have other pillows that are much more rigid and become uncomfortable after a while. I was hoping to use this in the car too, but the pillow is so long that it just isn’t a good fit for the seat and becomes too awkward. It did come with a pillowcase which is soft and well fitting. I’m not sure how long the memory foam will hold up with regular use.

I am using the pillow in my chair when I read. This has really helped my back not to spasm. Since I spend a lot of time reading this is a great help.

I have such horrible back issues that this thing makes it a life saver to sleep sit EVERYTHIHG! It is so soft and the quality is good. The shape of it fits perfectly right at your low back. It's been great!

Just the right amount of support! Cooling also, good size, and easily stays in place. Interesting shape but once you use it you’ll appreciate it. I need another one for my car. I carry this one with me from room to room and to the car.
