My 7 year old was interested in facepainting. This was purchased for her to start practicing and she loved it! It was fun to have the color palette and the combined colors to work with. Having brushes and sponges was helpful for a beginner !

A great beginner face painting kit! Great for the price. The Split cake a style of face paint is lovely for not being too thick, watery or oily as some other face painting kits are. ( the amount of water will make it thinner or thicker) Washes of easy though, so if you are using it near water or sweat a lot, maybe buy a more professional brand

the best starter kit, i am only using it to practice using brushes on my thigh for face painting and i have had soo much fun with this pallet! see for yourself! everything that comes with this kit is usable 👍🏽 even though i used other brushes

Good option for a beginner face painter. The paint isnt too thick and can seem faded at times, but that could also be user error. Pretty good amount of paint in each piece.

Love this set. It has a beautiful selection of split cakes that get to a nice creamy consistency. Each one loads beautifully onto my brushes. The white is a bit sheer but it blends great with other colors. The blue/purple split cake colors are more pastel than the display image, but they still provide for a nice opaque application. The gems and sponges are also great and work perfectly. The brushes are not professional quality so I do recommend investing in better brushes if you plan on pursuing painting anything or anyone other than at home on yourself/children/grand children/etc. One thing I did notice is that the testing info only lists a small number of colors, far fewer than what's offered in this set. As a result, I won't use these for any events but for use at home with the kids, on myself, and practicing in general? These are perfect. Overall very satisfied with the set.

Very vibrant and solid colors. These worked so well!!! I definitely recommend these! They were easy to blend and they stayed on so well. Wouldn't smudge or fade until washed off with soap and water. And they didn't dry crusty and itchy. Also very gentle on problem skin. I was concerned because I have skin allergies to basically everything. But I practiced on myself before the event and my skin did not break out in pimples, hives, or rash or redness. I used these paints on children ages 2-18 with no issues!

Perfect for beginners, the colors are very bright and wash off easily, another bonus is that it does dry quickly so kids don’t have to worry about getting up and smearing the paint

These are water based paints that are potent. My kit had arrived within 25 hours, it came quickly but when I got it the box was torn/cut up and the case was shattered. I sent an email to the company (the email was on the back of the little face painting booklet) and sent pictures showing it was damaged and asked if I could perhaps get a new case for the paints. I got an email back within 7 hours and they were so nice about it and sent me a whole new set right away! I didn’t get as quickly in the mail since the company sent it directly, rather than Amazon shipping it. But I am very appreciative of their good quality customer service! Thank you! Also the rhinestones, glitter and brushes really make it worth getting!
