This 'everything radio' is good value. But it's not great for the elderly who have handling or eyesight conditions. There are just too many menus and poorly labelled buttons to negotiate. The hand control does have clear labelling, but the instructions for use are poor. For instance, I couldn't find a way to pause a CD using it. Instead I had to stop it. There's a pause button on the main unit, but when I need to answer the phone or get the door, I want to be able to pause play remotely. Because the FM aerial is poor, I've not tried to get DAB stations (which rely on a solid FM signal) but I am putting up with a noisy delivery of BBC radio. I bought this for a new flat I am moving into. I'll set it up properly there and see if I need to change this review.
