Nice knives for the price
I really like the look of these knives and they work perfectly fine. I don't know yet the longevity of them, but for the price, they're good. I haven't yet had to sharpen them so can't speak to how easily and how well they'll get an edge brought back on them, but having used them for a couple months now and are still extremely sharp, so there's that. They have a full tang on them so you can put a good amount of force on them without worry about the blade popping out of the handle and injuring you. The handle fits well in the palm and there are no pressure points to speak of. They're comfortable to hold and use. I really like these knives, plus they look really cool.

Great Knives!
These knives are excellent! Made from a single piece of metal, they’re incredibly sturdy and durable. The full tang construction means they can handle a lot of pressure without the blade popping out. They’re super sharp and maintain their edge well. The handles fit comfortably in my hand, making them easy to use for extended periods. Plus, they look really cool with their hammered finish. A solid addition to any kitchen!

Good, solid, well-balanced knives
This is my review and experience with the Topfeel Chef Knife 3PCS, High Carbon Hand Forged Stainless Steel Japanese Knife Sets, Ultra Sharp Professional Kitchen Knife Sets With Wood Ergonomic Handle. The box consisted of the three knives and a care notice in a nice display box. What I liked about it...Heavy but well-balanced knives for meNice display box that can double as a gift box tooOne year warranty and 24/7 Customer ServiceThree sizes that I use most (5, 7 & 8 inch blades)What I did not like...Is the money back guarantee 30 or 60 days? On the Amazon page, it states 60 days but the included in the box care notice, it states 30 days (see photo)Why the nooks/pimple design on the knives? What purpose does it do? I have to be extra careful to clean the knife well as I do not want anything to be inside the nooks/pimples of the knifeConclusion....What is 5Cr15MoV? It is a low-end stainless steel, a Chinese copy of the renowned German X50CrMoV15, known for its high chromium content, which provides excellent corrosion resistance. Regardless of its intended use, a good knife should have a hardness rating between 52 HRC and 64 HRC.What is 56+ Rockwell Hardness? Super-hard knives are ideal for kitchen tasks that require precise, thin slices to be made frequently. Softer knives are more suitable for chopping and heavy-duty work, where resistance to breaking and chipping is more important than sharpness. Most general-purpose knives will fall between 55 and 59 HRC.This set of knives is quite sharp, with a solid and comfortable handle. The weight of the knives provides good balance when cutting rotisserie chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, and other items. After several weeks of consistent use, I will rate this set five stars based on its overall feel. However, I remain dissatisfied with the design of the nooks/pimples on the knife. Should my opinion change, I will update my review accordingly.

Many People Buy Knives. Not Many Actually Cook.
Now why would I go and say a thing like that? Well, this product, with its extremely low price, caused me to look into other products offered by this company. While TOPFEEL is not an actual company, meaning they are not a company I can find an address for, they do offer quite a few knife sets. And these knife sets have a lot of reviews. They averaged a 4.5-star rating. It's all very impressive, but if I look at the 7 to 8% of customers that left one- and two-star reviews, they all had the same thing to say. "These knives rust," which leads me to ask the question, What happened to the rest of the customers knives? Why did their knives not rust? Perhaps they just don't cook.Well, I cook a lot. In fact, if I'm not sleeping, I'm probably cooking. There are a few things that you don't do with knives. One, you don't put these in the dishwasher. In fact, don't put anything that you cherish in the dishwasher. You have no idea what happens inside that thing. I washed my knives in the sink with hot water and mild soap. If it doesn't come off with hot water and mild soap, you shouldn't be eating it.My first impression of these knives is that I am very impressed. These are heavier than my existing set. A collection that I've had for 28 years that I have hand sharpened hundreds of times and looks and functions just as good today as it did when I bought them with only signs of showing their age in the form of handle dings and cleaning marks, but they are still very usable. I'm hoping the same for this set of three. Now I've only had them for about an hour, so the first thing to do is to wash them in hot water and mild soap and place them in a drying rack and let them dry on their own. If they are not rusty by the morning, that will be a good sign that they have improved, as they do claim the following."The knife set is made of 5Cr15MoV high-carbon stainless steel, 56+ Rockwell hardness, delivering long-lasting sharpness, corrosion resistance, and durability."The knives are also full tang, and the real wood handles are riveted on. So far these are looking like excellent knives. As far as sharpness, even good knives don't come as sharp as some people want. If you cook and you value your knives, then you should learn how to sharpen your own knives. It could be easy, or it could be very involved. It is completely up to you how far you take the skill. I use Chef'sChoice 4643 to hone and sharpen my knives. Don't forget the 4643 at the end. It means a lot. Regardless, my three knives were sharp enough to test with. I went out to the Spice Garden and grabbed me some parsley rosemary in time. Sorry, but he sage didn't survive the last freeze. Needless to say, the 2 largest knives did very well. I'm going to reserve further testing until the morning after the knives have had a chance to dry. They should have no rust on them.To Be Continued...-----------------3 Days Later-----------------I've hand washed the knives and allowed them to air dry multiple times. I let them sit in the sink for a few hours before cleaning, and they show no sign of rust. The wooden handles, however, have a soft wax-like coating on them that is coming off. Eventually this will make the handles look undesirable. Needless to say, the manufacturing process for sealing the handles was a fail. Since I restore tools as a hobby, I will eventually strip the existing finish and apply 5-6 coats of Tung Oil. If these turn out to be exceptional knives, I may sand the wood with fine grits and then apply a "finish wax."The weight of the knives is on the heavy side. I don't mind, but I thought you should know. The knives are also not balanced, but at this price point I didn't expect them to be.I have used them to cut meats and vegetables and they all performed well. My cutting surface is a board made of oak that my grandfather made about 75 years ago. Eventually these knives will need sharpening. The bevel on the blade is 15 degrees and the sharpening tool I referenced above is made for 15 and 20 degree bevels. Now about that 5Cr15Mov steel. While it is commonly used to make knives, it is not recommended for use in extreme temperatures and humidity, as it may lose its corrosion resistance and oxidize. Meaning "don't put them in the dishwasher. Eva"Cheers
