This brand of vitamin b12 is really good. I really liked them and bought them more than once. Now the price went up for them. I was satisfied with them when I used. I like this brand because it is all natural and is approved by the company who test some vitamins. They worked for me when I used them.

I’ve added these to my daily medications and like them now for over a year. They are a good size and don’t have a horrible taste. It hard to find good methylated ones and I like these!

I have struggled with staying asleep for years and years and have taken magnesium regularly and also melatonin when I wake up and can't go back to sleep.
