Probably the worst protein I have ever had, definitely avoid.

I would say this brand is good for flavour if you can't take raw protein this will be just like some tasty, smoothie.

I had been consuming bold fit protein for last few months, but i got so bored with the chocolate taste of bold fit that i decided to give nakpro protein a try.however there's nothing good about this product. firstly,this doesn't dissolve properly and even after using a blender for this ,there are lumps formed. secondky Tate's sucks ..it tastes nothing like cookie & cream...i have to pepare myself mentally to consume it. thirdly it bloats badly.everytime i take this my stomach aches abc i feel cramps. had ordered after reading positive reviews but highly disappointed.

Let me sum it up in one word *Pathetic*. I've used Onn isolate and Muscleblaze before trying out Nakpro. I ordered cookies and cream flavour and it tasted real bad. The protein has a bad odour and the mixability sucks. Prices are comparable to muscleblaze, xlr8 but quality is really very poor. Avoid this at any cost. There are a lot of other alternatives to go for. I complained regarding this to the customer care. The customer care is basically a lady sitting in one store. This is a brand run in a shop with the parent company known as Nakoda dairy, Check out the reviews for that company and you'll know.

Wasn't really sure if it was a good brand and if the isolate would help me build better. But i was surprised with the effects of this particular protein. Would recommend if you're a beginner.
