Firstly as you can see it is a completely different size to what was advertised. The light is so dim you can hardly see it. Finally it didn’t come with a remote control as indicated that it should have done. My son was very disappointed as we waited a month for it to arrive!

Thing never worked, I went and got new batteries for the remote just in case it was due to that but still nothing. The light on the remote can be seen through the camera on my phone but can't be seen with the naked eye and as much as I tried I've got a white ball of nothing. I received an email from the supplier who asked me if I would like another one to be sent out, which of course I replied yes and haven't heard a peep since. I've emailed them twice about it and still not heard back. Such a waste of money which I would like back please. I think if it had worked it would have been ok for the price but had nothing but hassle and would not recommend. Spend your money on a Himalayan salt lamp or a regular lamp instead, so not worth the time I've wasted trying to get it returned or replaced.

Its a nice lamp and the options and functionality of having various colours, touch button and remote and options to dim or increase the light, makes it very convenient and good to have lamp.The only bit I felt was that its a bit smaller than as gets perceived upon the images and hence it may seem that its a bit expensive.Also, the texture though might be as like moon's surface, it doesn't come out like it. This can be improved if possible.Nonetheless, a nice lamp and good buy.

i think when adverts deceive they should be fined and banned.this item is quite tiny and not at all as the photos suggest.however, it is cute and offers subtle light.

The Moon Lamp looks good and displays a wide range of selectable colours and intensities, or one of the small range of preset sequences. Overall I am pleased with it. BUT, it is much smaller that I had imagined. I had looked at several before choosing this, one of the least expensive. It may have been a photo of one of the pricier offerings which led me to expect something larger. Make sure you understand its size before ordering.

Bought it for nursery and the girls love it, very soothing. Great buy and great quality!

Came with wooden stand part missing . Charged up ok but never turned on . No touch button at bottom . The remote didn’t work waste of money . Totally disappointed that I waited and didn’t work . Buy the 15cm upwards as the 12cm is quite small.It’s put me off buying another now ..

Waited a long time for delivery, when item arrived it appeared to charge, as red light came on inside, however, after charging for hours the 'touch feature' does absolutely nothing and the remote that it comes with also does nothing. Battery appears to be working inside the remote but the light itself does absolutely nothing. Really disappointed as it was for a topic in my class and would have been fantastic in the classroom, however a white plastic ball doesn't have quite the same effect as a glowing moon!
