Very Bad Zipper And Product
I am writing to claim the warranty for my Safari bag, which I purchased recently. The warranty of the product is valid till January 2027. Recently, the zipper of the bag got damaged and is not functioning properly. Since the product is still within the warranty period, I request you to kindly assist me with the repair or replacement of the item.
