Ortho Molecular DHEA Tablets (Micronized) 5mg - 100 Tablets

This is the perfect dosage for me. I am a 68 year old male. I have tried 10 mgs and found that to be too much. I started having unwanted side effects from the higher dosage. Side effects such as, night and day sweats, extreme heat sensitivity, a slight anxiety increase, and a feeling of unease at times, etc. But at the 5 mg dosage, there have been no side effects. The benefits have been many! I have more energy. A HUGE benefit, has been a MAJOR reduction in the frequency and the intensity, of migraine headaches, that I used to be plagued with. This alone, makes the usage of this product very worthwhile. I was struggling to lose weight, even with my 3 mile daily walks, but with this product, the weight just seems to be falling off now, when combined with the exercise. I also think that I have noticed some improvement in my skin. It seems less dry, and more youthful looking. My recommendations, are to start with the lowest dose that seems to work, and then stay there. No sense in inviting in unwanted problems later on.
