I replaced an outside TV that is mounted on a cylinder block wall. The mounting bracket is 200 x 200 and the replacement TV is 300 x 300. This adapter worked great, is sturdy, and includes the necessary hardware. I had to drill the hole size of my existing mount 1 size larger to work with the included bolts, but, that was not an issue. Also be aware that in my case, the way the mounting holes aligned on my TV, 43" Amazon Fire TV, the bracket shows on the bottom.

Easy to install and very sturdy. We adapted our 200 x200 VESA mount to 400 x 400 with no problem.

Just what I needed. It perfectly matched the existing bracket.

Sturdy, worked for an old monitor I had with goofy spacing sizes.

The template measurements are good for my 400x400 Samsung TV, the material’s high quality, but the mounting screws that came with it are too long for the top and too short for the bottom openings on the TV so I had to go to the hardware store to get ones that fit securely.

The holes weren’t the perfect size for the hardware for my tv, but that’s not the fault of this adapter. Worked great.

The package was missing a bolt and two spacers so it could not be installed. Also the bracket is too large for a 43" tv unless you don't mind it sticking out from the bottom (as shown in another reviewer's photo). Wish I had seen that review before I ordered it. This is going back!
