I drink a lot of coffee, so falling asleep can sometimes be a challenge. I’ve been using these Amazon Elements melatonin gummies, and they’ve been helpful. They start working fairly quickly—around 20 minutes or so—and make it easier for me to fall asleep. The 10mg dose feels effective for consistent nighttime use. The strawberry flavor tastes good and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. They’re easy to take, and the texture stays consistent without clumping. These, added to my prescription sleep medication, work well. My neurologist suggested i take them for my severe insomnia. The taste is ok and they're easily chewed! I take 1 at bedtime and another when I wake up in the middle of the night!

Good sleep aid
This is a good product. I have trouble sleeping and this definitely helps! I'm a very light sleeper. This doesn't completely knock me out for the night, but it does help.

I have ordered some for my niece and will keep ordering these for myself. They smell great, taste great easy to swallow. Great size and quantity for the money. These work better than the stuff I used to buy OTC and I like knowing that I feel good buying them cause they beat all my expectations. I feel like I get tired faster than the other crap I used to buy. I don't know what ingredients they are using but they are so good. I get insomnia due to the amount of meds I'm on and still I can go 3-5days with out sleep or even an hour a day ( but once I snagged some from my niece that I had purchased the for originally) the ingredients helped me fall asleep easily. Now when I get that start of insomnia I pop 2 gummies and here comes sleepy time. I'm also not groggy or foggy headed when I wake up. That's a bonus all in itself!!
