Be careful. I stupidly just looked at the picture and thought I would receive what the picture showed.What I did receive was 2 TINY pieces of cloths! Does even wrap around my knee it’s that small.

I usually apply the oil directly to the liner and then place it inside my wrap, which helps distribute the oil evenly.Using a liner has made the whole process much less messy and easier to maintain, since I don’t have to wash the wrap as often.Overall, 5/5 stars. If you’re doing castor oil packs regularly, liners like this are a simple but really useful addition.Helpful tip: I’ve found about 2–3 tablespoons of castor oil works well with these liners.

I'm very happy with these flannel cloths. I warm one for 30 seconds in microwave. Then pour some castor oil and use under my other castor wrap pack for liver detox. They are soft yet strongly woven cotton flannel, perfect for castor oil packs. It's great there's two of them! I keep them on rotation. They wash well too. I wash them in a garment bag with towels only, with warm and with no clothes that could potentially become stained by the oil. I hang in sunshine to dry, yet I'm sure they'd dry fine in dryer too, yet I think they might shrink a little though. I feel like these will be durable, and last me awhile. Yet I would buy with this vendor again because of the high quality and good price point.

Good quality. I wish it came with more though, kind of expensive for just 2. I got these to use with castor oil and they work well for that.
