I mean, packaging is everything, quality control is everything, the way this is shipped bravo to the company to take the time to ship this to the consumer. The product is well put together, sturdy, very good for the price.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great little box of different grip exercise tools. I like they include a variety of different exercises you can take with you on the go. Take your pick any one of the 6 included tools in the kit and bring it along with you. I have the adjustable hand grip strengthener in my car. I get a little bit of a grip workout when i’m stopped at a traffic light, or while stuck in traffic. What i’m trying to do is increase the resistance by a few pounds each week for the next few weeks.I also like that the hand grip strenthener has a click after each proper squeeze of the gripper. It’s nice feedback to ensure each rep is done properly.Any one of the items included are nice and compact to place in your car or in your desk for when you want to get a quick session in. This kit is a pretty good way to be productive and more conscious about your health.

A lot of value in this package. It's helped with golf elbow for sure.

Features, Performance, and ThoughtsI really, really like this grip strength trainer. I have two others and they feel really tough on my wrist. This one flows effortlessly. I also love the dial where I can actually see what resistance I am setting it to so I can keep track. The extra tools with it are nice. The ring feels kind of useless it's so easy to squeeze. The little football grip ball is really nice, feels good to go from a finger stretch to a soft squeeze.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------3. Fitbeast is definitely a beast for hand strengthening. I had the first vision of Fitbeast and it amazing and really help get my fingers for playing my bass the exercise it needed especially on days I’m not able to practice,but this new version is even better and it comes with a 21 Days Hand Strengthening Challenge. This is a must buy especially for musicians such as myself.
