Here are the ingredients listed: beef protein, dark chocolate powder (cocoa mass, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, sugar, flavor: vanilla extract), white cocoa powder (cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, flavor: natural vanilla extract), reb-a (stevia extract).There's also a huge amino acid stack. Is it made mainly from beef gelatin?

I don't think so but you can google amino acids in beef gelatin and compare it to the amino acid profile on the label. Good luck!

Olympian Labs Beef Protein is not made from either grass-fed or organic beef unfortunately. Does anyone know of any grass-fed beef protein? There's plenty of grass-fed whey protein out there, but I can't seem to find any grass-fed beef protein.
