I just got these to upgrade my WH02 headphones, there are some good upgrades to previous one.ANC feature is a great add, you can notice the isolation when you turned on. Transparency mode delivers clear aware of sorroundings.The magnetic on/off feature is great to keep the battery life, that by the way is great.Connectivity is very good, no problems at all with multipoint capability.The downside for me is that the headphone are larger than the previous model, the quality of the sound is good but there is too much bass for my taste and could be better if the codec used was LDAC or AptX instead of the SBC.Overall: for the price, battery life and ANC feature is a great buy.

The fact that this one even makes it even better with the noise cancellation (ANC) makes it my favorite Bluetooth headset at the moment. I also have the WHO3 model as well.Sound: Crispy clear and loud with an additional ANC button.Battery: Long lasting as always.Weight: Very light around the neck (you could almost not feel it’s hanging around you.Delivery: It was on point and arrive a day early.Power: I love the fact that this device turns off its magnet together and also comes on automatically, connecting to your already paired device, once you “un-magnet” it for usage.Cost: Higher than the WHO3 model, but with the additional ANC button, it’s a good choice for the price.Recommendations: Highly recommended to anyone that loves a light and easy to use bluetoooth headset.PS: I had to wait for about two weeks to use it before my review. Worth the wait!

I'm highly disappointed in these.Build quality and technical capability seem to be there, but the execution is total BS to the point these things are useless.Pros: They're comfortable, the ANC seems to work pretty well (though it's my first time using ANC on consumer products, so I don't have a lot of frame for comparison), cords are thicker and seem more durable than other brands, highest max volume of any headset I've tried, and the drivers are *capable* of good sound (but they don't MAKE good sound).CONS:They turn off automatically when the earbuds are magnetically attached. No, they don't IDLE, they TURN OFF! Does this save battery? Yes. Does it render the neckband ABSOLUTELY USELESS for answering calls or using smartlock on your phone? Also yes.Imagine having to wait for the headset to start up, then pair, EVERY TIME THE PHONE RINGS. Useless!Imagine using smart-lock for your neckband, because OBVIOUSLY your neckband will be on your person, right? NOPE! IT IS OFF COMPLETELY! No smartlock for YOUR phone!Those are complete dealbreakers right there - they negate all the benefits of the neckband form-factor to begin with!And the sound is garbage out of the box. I don't know WHY there are so many fools claiming they have "great sound quality" when they sound like a cheap walmart subwoofer soaking underwater in a metal garbage can! SUPER "BOOOOOMY" to the point all fine detail is lost. It's a shame, because after an hour of tweaking my music player's equalizer settings, they DID sound quite good - I had to turn all the low-frequency bands down approx -4db and all the higher mids and highs up approx +3db, but the sound DETAIL was there once I did. But the neckband itself is set to "urban youth who can't spell "bell" let alone hear one" bass settings (with no instruction on how to change that in the box, if there is one at all). Sounds like mud.And call quality is utter garbage. Just terrible. That "Boomy" sound carries over to calls, where the music player's equalizer does nothing. Listening to a deeper man's voice, every cough, cleared throat, and pause will sound like a muddy subwoofer in your ear and words get muddled. Higher women's voices will be drown out and difficult to hear at all!Oh, and just the perfect icing on this urinal cake, the magnets in the earbuds are WAY too strong. Metal pen in your pocket? Have to wear a badge lanyard? Seatbelt buckle crosses your chest? Earbuds will stick to it! Had the things ripped off my neck when they stuck to the edge of the stainless-covered microwave door!I'll probably be returning these. They COULD have been good, the build quality is there, but the execution and "features" stink.
