I love this thing! I had one that I used until it died and this was my replacement. It was also cheaper than my original. I’ve not needed to freeze it yet, because the gel stays cool enough on its own, although it doesn’t retain heat as well as my previous one. I think that’s due to the gel in this one being a little thinner, because I can still sort of see light coming through. It has a better fit with more compression than my last one, so it stays in place if I fall asleep without taking it off. However, that does mean it’s a little harder to put on. But this one has gel all the way around, rather than just at the front, so it’s able to truly help.

This is a wonderful product! I bought it on a whim because I have migraines that wake me up at 3-4 am and it looked intriguing. I keep this by my bed(this is the 2nd one I have purchased) in a cooler with a freezer pack. It does not make the migraine disappear but it is very very cooling as I wait for my migraine med to take effect. I purchased the 2nd one because there are times that the coolness wears off before the migraine goes away. Then I just slip the 2nd one on. There is a bit of a smell when they are new but after airing it out each morning the smell is gone. I highly recommend this cap if you suffer from headaches/migraines. You will not be sorry.

I got the black migraine relief cap. According to the ad details it is supposed to have 30% more cooling gel which was the primary reason I tried this one out. When it arrived it was a smaller tighter fit as well as about 50% less thick than my Amazon pink SEIWEHIDO Migraine Relief Cap that comes with its own nice thick zippered storage bag. I noticed on this box , on the back , under Cold therapy that this black cap is supposed to be stored in its own supplied storage bag( that was not in the box). As far as chilling headache relief time, because it was 50% less thick than than my SEIWEHIDO Migraine Relief Cap it lost its coolness at a much faster rate and needed to be placed into one of my own Ziplock gallon storage bags in the freezer for a couple of hours to get cold again. I did not smell anything odd. The covering feels ok, not as silky as some but feels durable enough . The fit was snug on my hat size of 6.75. I noticed that care instructions say only to wipe clean vs other caps can be gently hand washed as shown on some YT videos. I think it is ok as a backup migraine cap to help relieve headaches. BUT- I will not be buying another of this brand because the few dollars I saved on this one was not worth the quality difference in cooling, thickness, and the quality storage bag that the SEIWEHIDO brand has .

BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE MIGRAINES!!!! O.O this product is just simply wow.... I wasnt sure about this one but am i ever so glad i purchased! Dont let the simplicity of this product fool you, it is pure divinity! I suffer from severe migraines that put me down for several hours, some excedrin, this amazing product, and a very dark room is the absolute perfect combination for me! I would suggest this product to ANYONE who suffers from head pain! I leave mine in my freezer unless I'm using it and after quite a few months with very frequent use, it is still in perfect condition. It is silky soft and very comfortable with just the right amount of flexibility for all around head pressure. Plus it doubles as an eye mask when you cant achieve pitch black darkness! The pain relief from it is phenomenal.
