Clip-n-Seal Bag Clips - Small 10 pack

I bought many of these bags clips in each size 11 years ago and I'm here to provide my long experience with using them. Initially they feel stiff and may seem too difficult to use but after several uses, they will loosen up just enough to make putting them on and taking them off easy. Give them time to loosen up with use and I think you'll find that they last and work well for years like I have. These provide a real air tight seal as long as you pay attention and make sure you fold the bag over and get all of it into the clip. That is where buying the right size is important. I hand wash these and I think washing them is easy. Let them dry overnight or so and they're ready to use again. They work by simply placing one piece behind the bag and the plastic rod over the other side of the bag and snapping them together. I've been buying various kinds of bag clips over the many decades that I've been married and these are the only ones that have been durable over many years. I use them to seal bags for the freezer too. This is a great American made product. :)

These are the best bag clips ever! Mine seem to have legs of their own and I only have 2 left of the medium 10 pack, I’m back to but more! I originally ordered back in 2019, bought as gifts in 2022 and now back to buy more for me. They create a tight and solid seal, work in the Pantry, Fridge or Freezer. Keep food fresh and bugs out. I’m a fan of bread bags over ziplock bags for items I keep in the original box and these clips are great for bread bags! I had a bag of dog treats infested with bowevils and was thankful most of my pantry goods were in closed bags with these clips. I had to throw out quite a bit of boxed food as by the time I realized I had bowevils they had escaped the original box and were everywhere, ugh… If the get too “loose”, I boil a pot of hot water, soak them for a few minutes (off the heat) and pinch them while they are warm and leave them out to cool. Back to original shape.

Pretty good product. Not a pretty product like grip-tastic but definitely a functional product. Works more easily than I expected it would. I recommend it. The idea is simple a bar and a clip. Fold the bag over the bar and then press on the clip over the bag onto the bar and it is that simple. We bought it to determine whether or not our parents would be able to use them. We decided that they are simple/easier enough for feeble arthritic hands to use as they do not require much in the way of strength.

Iʻm very pleased with these small clips. Iʻve used them on bags that are larger than the clip with good result. As long as youʻve rolled the top of the bag it will stay nice and protected. Easy to use, sturdy and not difficult with arthritis. Thanks to Carolyn Shearlock and her blog "The Boat Galley" for the recommendation! UPDATE: I just put these clips on Kirkland 2# coffee bean bags. They look like they could be too short, but arenʻt! I could only make half a roll around the rod and they still fit snugly with no coffee odor escaping, so Iʻm assuming theyʻre airtight. Once again, theyʻre exceeding my expectations. They have worked an everything Iʻve attempted. Chip bags, paper bags, Bobʻs Red Mill bags, and more. 2nd UPDATE: Itʻs nearly 4 years later and the clips work like new!! The clips fit as tightly as when I bought them. They have consistently kept everything fresh and dry here is the tropics. The ones I ordered in November, 2013 cost approximately $8.00! The price jump is about 50% in the last 4 years. YIKES. 3rd UPDATE: Still working like they did the day I bought them. But now cost $13.99, over 3 times what I originally paid for them. I should have ordered more 5 years ago when they were easily affordable!

This review applies to the many lengths of this product that are available on Amazon (I bought three different sizes). Provide excellent seal and can be easily cut down, with a utility knife, to customized sizes for different bag sizes. I was amazed at how fresh my bread and rolls can be over many weeks out of the freezer. Tried several other sealing devices, from Amazon, and this was the easiest to use for the variety of bag widths that I have.

My love for these clips is hard to describe, but when you find a simple solution that not only isn't surpassed by more complicated and expensive ones but also borders on perfection, well you fall in love. These are amazing. They work great for soft plastic bags, mylar, even paper bags. They just create a tight seal, and chips, pretzels, powdered sugar, coffee, pizza rolls, tater tots, etc ... simply stay fresh. As a bonus, I find the small size to be the most useful, so in addition to variety packs, I load up on the smalls. Highly recommended!

I'm surprised how strong it seals the packages of different plastic thickness. I found it very effective, but it's not easy for a child to handle it. I do recommend it for older kids.

Complete garbage... also the description and pictures should be more accurate about small medium large etc etc be clear because your pictures mostly show large cereal bags than you order and they are tiny or small. Made in USA yet can’t manage to describe there product correctly! JUNK buy something else!
