I am loving the taste and effectiveness of this product! When I feel the need of electrolytes I take one packet and I immediately feel like renewed, like I can focus again without feeling the depletion of energy levels.

Yes, this product is salty. It's supposed to be. That's the nature of an electrolyte powder, it's going to add salt to replenish the electrolytes you may be missing or losing through activity. I very much appreciate that this powder actually uses sugar, and not Stevia, or any of the artificial sweeteners that I cannot stand in most of the other electrolyte products. The watermelon flavor is fruity, although I do tend to add a squeeze of lemon to kinda help balance it out and it gives it almost a watermelon Margarita feel to it in my opinion, which makes it even more palatable.

I drink a lot of electrolyte drinks because I walk in the heat and need to replenish my electrolytes. I love salty flavored electrolyte drinks so that I know it has what my body needs. This blend of nutrients is also what my body needs to recover faster with no cramping, and the watermelon flavor that has both salty and sweet in it, is the best that I have tasted. I highly recommend it for flavor and effectiveness.

I've tried a lot of electrolyte powders, so I'm surprised when people don't like that they're "salty." That's the whole point of them! I actually really like the watermelon flavor of this one. Watermelon and salt are known to be a great combination and that's definitely proven here. I like that it has real sugar in it (though only 5 grams) as I much prefer a little bit of real sugar to artificial sugar. I've been mixing a packet of this with water after I run (generally 5K runs) and do think it's helping me a lot, especially when I've been sweating a lot. I'd definitely try this brand again!

I'll admit that I purchased this because the flavor sounded intriguing. I'm happy to say that I was not disappointed. This tastes like a salty watermelon mojito and I'm grooving on it. Even though the sodium is higher than most electrolyte drink mixes I've tried, I didn't think it was overly salty. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that this completely mixed and I didn't have any sediment that settled in the bottom of the bottle, even after letting it sit for a half hour.
