I absolutely love Slate! The vanilla flavor is smooth and not overpowering. It’s low in sugar and calories perfect for days when I take my tirzepatide shot and don’t have much of an appetite. It’s light on the stomach but still filling enough to hold me over. No chalky texture, no weird aftertaste, and it’s super convenient for on-the-go. I keep a stash in the fridge at all times now. Definitely a staple in my routine!

I purchased this on the advice of my nutritionist and health coach, said while the one l normally drink is ok, this healthier ingredients and less unneeded fillers. The price might be a little higher but the great taste makes it worth it.

The package smells so bad I can’t bring it in my house … I’m guessing another package leaked onto it - maybe air freshener? The smell is so strong it makes you gag. $40 of product I have to put in trash it smells so bad
