Just about does what it says on the tin but very expensive nevertheless

Seems to do what it says on the bottle.Has a kind of tingley warm sensation , but you do need to leave it on for a while to do its job .I did find the slightly numb sensation it gave after a few minutes to be a very pleasant feeling too .
