Snake Eye Tactical Fantasy Design Ninja Sword Comes with Nylon Sheath

So, I bought this as a gift for a 17 year old who collects knives. I wanted something along those lines but different. This certainly fit the bill. The price was great and it was a gift. It seems to be pretty sturdy however I dont get into a lot of sword fights to try it out. I have talked about getting a target to use the throwing knives on so I can review them. I would say there are some weaknesses to these as throwing knives unless you are good. The sides are not very sharp just the point. Which a good knife thrower this is perfect. If you have never thrown knives you are going to get a lot not sticking on the board until you have a good throw. I have never thrown a knife so I only say that by seeing these and other throwing knives. Any way this set looks amazing especially for the price!

This thing is not only beautifully made it is real and sharp and it will cut you. The sturdiness of it is very good The thickness and sharpness are great and the fact that it has the serrated on it makes it even better and of course it comes with a three-throwing knives which I kind of wish they were a little sharper but I will get my wet stone out and sharpen them myself. But the knife itself is pretty sharp like I said I touched it and just barely moving my finger it cut wide open. The sheaf is very nice and sturdy. It even comes with a strap although I'm too big to use per se as you can see in the last photo if you wanted to wear it on your leg albeit it might be cumbersome it does work that way. It's nice that it's there and could be strapped to something else like a backpack or the back of a seat something like that where it's handy. So I would definitely recommend this product from the seller and if I need another one I will definitely buy one from this seller. Not only that but the handle is made out of paracord which as we all know can be used great in an emergency.

Okay! So here it is. I'm ultra careful when buying anything on Amazon nowadays. The sword with the Japanese lettering on the bottom is my original purchased sword from August 2018 and isn't sold here anymore, despite it being near identical. Once I learned that, I looked at ALL the red and black "fantasy" machetes that are identical and this one looked the best. It actually has a better grip than my first blade, making the fit better overall and is ambidextrous friendly. The throwing knives are just plain awesome and are balanced well, as is the sword itself and it's easy to use, not being too heavy, yet weighted just enough. The size is almost identical to the first sword underneath in the pics at 27" overall and a 19.5" blade length with a 7.5" grip like the description says. After reading other reviews, I feel like I should mention this... THIS IS NOT A TOY! Do NOT buy this for your adolescent child... Lol. Stick to the Walmart toy aisle if you're not seeking a hospital bill. I don't care what other reviews say, these blades are very sharp overall and dangerous if mishandled. Now onto the cons. What the hell is with the smudgy texture on the blades and stuck on spots from gunk? Sorry, but manufacturer accountability is a must and my original blade had no such issues. That's why I've included the picture with the cloth. I recommend using a damp microfiber cloth to wipe down your blades if you purchase these, but don't let a few smudges deter you from buying this either. It is a good blade and the saw teeth on the bottom are actually sharper and more pronounced than the ones on the first blade I purchased originally. Again, the pics here do not denote a matched pair. This is a single blade with 3 throwing knives. The blade underneath is the one I'm referencing as my original purchase (not to be repetitive, but some people get confused.) One last topic. Many other reviews on various versions of this blade have encountered problems with a carrier mishandling their package, which seems to be a frequent norm these days. Some have encountered a bent blade tip. I'm pretty sure the sellers of these blades (or at least this one) have caught on, as the blade itself was capped off with a plastic tip and so were the throwing knives. The package was wrapped up like a mummy, so that was done very well also. You shouldn't encounter any issues with the aforementioned problem of shipping and mishandling lol.

I got the red and black option. My overall review of the blade is 5 Stars very good for the price. My only issue and I warn other buyers! Make sure you sheathe the sword with the snake eye logo (located on the left side of the blade) facing YOU before you try to sheathe it. For some reason when I sheathe the blade with the logo not facing me it doesn’t want to fully go in it’s almost as if the blade is blocked off halfway in and it stabs through the material if you apply more pressure and if you were like me trying to force it In you could hurt yourself so hope no one was like me! and it’s guaranteed to stab through without the snake eye logo facing you the only way the blade can go in is logo up facing you. Now i don’t know if other people have had this problem as well or maybe just my sheathe was a little defective ? Either way it’s not a huge bug I post this review In hopes of finding out if my sheathe is defective or not and to warn other buyers if that is the case. I have to double check every time if it’s logo up before I sheathe it Great product though I plan on buying more snake eye blades in the future

How many of you remember the gifts you received at your one year birthday? I decided that all of my nieces will receive at least one enjoyable gift for their first birthdays, and it's this item (and others like it in prior years). While the infant plays with the gift boxes or a blanket, etc... and everyone eats cake, the parents get to stash this one gift aside until their offspring is old enough, and then *bam* awesome surprise one day: "This sword was bestowed upon you when you were a baby, and now you may wield it." The finish was very attractive on this one too, and the matching throwing daggers look great. I think she'll enjoy it a lot.
