This works amazing, I’ve struggled with constipation pretty much all my life, I’m not a fan of swallowing big pills so I decided to purchase a liquid laxative and let me tell you this stuff worked great for a day in a half it cleaned me out completely. The taste wasn’t horrible but I did have to drink it with a chaser of water, I only took half the bottle and saved the other half in the fridge I’ll take it next weekend again, I finally found something that works all the other stuff I’ve taken never worked I will be purchasing more to clean me out once a month.

Waited an hour, and got a little movement. 2 hours, a little more. 3 hours .. those floodgates were open. I didn't wander too far from the bathroom for the rest of the day. It's a little sour tasting. So be prepared to make some faces I lost 10 lbs. I guess you could say I was full of crap.

This absolutely does the trick!!! After a lumbar fusion, the pain meds blocked me up really, really bad. This broke the dam and then some! Whew! Great relief :)

For what it is, it’s good to know that it works! Lol! I broke my dose as apart at 3 ounces each night and that seemed to do the job if you know what I mean. It even tasted OK! It was recently suggested to me that I take a teaspoon a night just to keep things moving along but I will have to check with my doctor first to see if this is viable for me. This is a win!
