So, I've been attempting to soothe my psoriasis for a few years now without steroid cream in hopes of finding something naturally comforting. Unfortunately, I repeat what others have said, if you live with psoriasis, you already know nothing can cure it and steroidal treatments are pretty much the only thing to really keep it at bay. However, I will say this has worked wonderfully for my skin in some areas while other areas not a huge improvement. I think it really depends on the person, as a case by case basis. My vote is, if you have already "tried everything" like I have, then it's worth a shot. It's only been 6 nights and already I'm itching significantly less throughout the day and especially throughout the night (when symptoms are worse for me). I'll take it!!
