Great gift for trucker kids
I got this for my nephew who's dad is an over the road trucker. He Loved to have a rig just like dad.I was impressed it came with spare batteries and how fast it was. My nephew and his dad played with it for hours together. The only thing I thought could be made better was, the hitch connecting the trailer to the cab is small and looks like it will brake eventually with play but we will see. Over all it's a good little rig at a good price.

Keep on movin
My grandson loves semi trucks and any type of toy cars, he has several rugs with road ways that became his city. He was a happy camper when he opened thst gift and being that it was the last one to open. He stayed I up and played with his toys for hours. Thanks a million it made all the difference to my grandson. I highly recommend this item and the person you're giving it to will highly love it as well. Have a great day.

The remote works on all trucks
I bought a couple of these :1 yellow for my 6 yo1 red for my 3 yoThe remotes work interchangeably with what of the trucksSo they CANT play at the same time or with other. Horrible I was saving them for Xmas so obviously I’m passed the opportunity of being able to return them. If you buy just buy 1 and try not to be near anyone else who has another

Really Fast, Lots of Fun
This is a pretty cool, small RC semi truck. I knew it was small before I ordered it but what I didn't know was how fast it is. This little truck is surprisingly fast, I literally started laughing out loud the first time I tried it out. It's pretty comical to see this little semi truck zipping across the floor at such speed. It thankfully comes with 2 rechargeable batteries, they don't last a long time so having a backup is great. The remote takes two AA batteries. The trailer pin sits into the hitch on the truck and if I remember right you have to push it forward with a little force to click it into place. If you don't get the trailer clicked in it will keep falling off the truck. The only critiques I can say are limited run time, which is normal for anything like this, but they include the spare battery so it's not much of a negative. It has a pretty big turning radius with the trailer installed. It needs a reasonably flat surface because it's so small and sits so low. Finally I haven't been able to get the doors open on the rear of my trailer. They were pushed in farther than they should have been when I got it and I was able to get them back to the proper closed position but they feel really tight when trying to bring them open. I'm afraid of breaking it so I haven't put a lot of force on them. This is a really cool, really fun truck. I've had RC vehicles three times the size that cost twice as much and weren't as enjoyable as this. I recommend it. Just remember it's best on a flat surface, this isn't an offroad truck.

Definitely not just for kids!
The media could not be loaded. Big boys love toys, too! And my husband loved playing with this. He no sooner had the batteries inserted (one of the two rechargeable batteries in the truck and two AA batteries in the remote - yes, the truck comes with an extra rechargeable!) than he was maneuvering this truck all over the house! There is a control under the truck to allow you to correct the motion if it verves too much to the left or the right.Since I am not a great photographer, the video I took is not great but I had to share this. He was having SO much fun.According to him, the truck is very easy to control - even goes in reverse! He really enjoyed the truck! One word of warning: Yes, it is plastic. The truck body feels kinda lightweight which isn't required because the front part (the 'motor') is strong enough to pull something a bit heavier. But, I'd be cautious about breaking the cargo part of the truck.I cannot give a definitive report on the range between the controller and the truck except to say that from kitchen to dining area to living room - he encountered no problems whatsoever!A couple of pluses: The light in the truck when it moves, the ease of recharging the batteries (although my husband was operating the truck after installing the battery - it was pre-charged!
