Save your money!
WORST thing ever purchased. Absolutely nothing like they show.. it doesn't even resemble a bubble (unless bubbles are supposed to be flat!) they say it's 24"..not even close, it starts out about 9 inches,and stays that way. They tell you to stretch it in all directions before inflating...it doesn't stretch, no matter how hard you pull on it. You might be able to fill it with helium but it will not float if filled with helium. Total waste of money. I give it negative stars! I only gave it one star because you can't do no stars. I don't usually give reviews on anything, but this was a total disappointment.
