These are the ones my podiatrist gave me for bursitis in my heel. I paid $20.00 for mine. They work fine in my orthopedic she's, but need support t wear in sandals. I plan to put them in the heel of a compression sock I already have to keep them in place so I can wear them with my ortho sandald
