This PS100 took the place of a much more expensive brand (like $70 a bottle now?!) and worked just as well. It helps me with good deep sleep and brain cognition. I try to get my kids to take it when they don't sleep well, but for some reason it actually seems to keep them up? For them I recommend taking it in the AM, while for myself I take it around 9pm, it helps me get deep sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. My mom has dementia at 83 and I'm hoping to avoid that at all costs!

I decided to take 3 a day, 1 with each meal. This is not a recommendation to anyone else; just a personal choice.I ordered 90 capsules, so this first month supply, for me, has given me plenty of time to notice the benefits of this Product. It has helped in all 3 areas, and I am ready to re-order. I have told 3 people about this particular brand by Natural Bioscience, 100 mg., Soy Free. It is the only brand I have tried, and I will stick with it because I got results!I take lots of meds for various conditions, but my doctor said this was naturally occurring already in my body, I could not overdose, and that I could not have a reaction or drug interaction to this product. My Dr. told me to give this product a try to help me stay asleep all night.I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back to sleep.So I decided to give this a try, and I loved them! I have them on auto ship, soI don’t run out!

I had very high cortisol at night preventing me from sleeping well, coupled with heart palpitations for hours upon waking. For several months I suffered debilitating brain fog, exhaustion and depression all day. I didn't feel like myself at all and had several health issues I was dealing with but I knew for sure from tests that my cortisol was double the limit 3 of the 4 readings per day and was contributing to my insomnia and symptoms significantly. I actually ordered this and the bottle sat unopened for a month because I was on so many supplements to help me sleep that just weren't working and I didn't want to add one more. After an especially frustrating couple nights of no sleep and exhaustion to the core all day and tired of just not feeling like myself, I started taking one of these at night before bed, and the next day I felt about 25% better. So I took another in the morning. By day 2, I was 50% better and up and around with a bit more energy. I'm not kidding when I say within a matter of days the heart palpitations that plagued me for MONTHS were gone and I was getting a quality 6-8 hours a night of sleep. I do still have to take a tiny dose of about 1.5 mg melatonin, but have gotten rid of all other sleep aids. By day 3 I also felt relatively back to normal during the day - almost all of my brain fog lifted, and I had energy again. I can safely say this has basically been my miracle supplement and I could not be without it. I've been using it for a little over a month and am so thankful I decided to give it a try. I ended up switching out my morning dose for Zhou Calm Now which has zinc and B vitamins and a few other adaptogens for adrenal fatigue and I prefer that since it gives me a little boost. The combination of this at night and the Calm Now during the day has given me my life back. I will say, when I took this Phosphatidylserine during the day a few times it never once made me sleepy and I noticed feeling calmer. Thank you for making this product!!!

Dr. Amy Yasko recommends this as a basic supplement for everyone, especially those of us with methylation issues. I take it and also puncture the capsule and squeeze a couple drops of the oil into my kids' food. After buying one bottle the company sent me a second for free, asking for a review of the first. Great cust svc!Great that it's soy free. I don't notice a huge change taking it but I started a few supplements at the same time.update: I just got an amino acids test back and, after a few months taking this once/day, my levels are low. fI'm going to add SAMe to help with the transport and another one/day and will report back if a change is noticed.
