Is this Organic vitamin c?

I've bought this many times but the bottle i received today has a faded label and no smell (past bottles had a sweet smell). should i be concerned?

On the right side of the front of the bottle it has 535 mg printed. I received my bottle and each tablet contains 135mg. Why is 535 mg printed?

Do these contain carbohydrates? If so how many?
