I was carrying my work laptop, charger, mouse and more in a regular backpack for years. The backpack must have weighed 30+ lbs. Doing this started causing back pain. I switched to this rolling backpack recently. I’m happy I did. Now I just pull the backpack.The backpack fits my needs. It’s sturdy, rolls easily and the stem is long enough for comfort, although a few inches longer would have been better. I’m 6’ 3” tall. I like the sturdy zippers. I haven’t needed the lock yet but it’s easy to use. I also appreciate it being waterproof considering the backpack is close to the ground.The main compartment is spacious. My 17.6” laptop fits in the sleeve with room to spare. My charging cords and laptop charger fit in the main compartment. I still have room for at least 1 change of clothes or a decent sized lunchbox.I use the smaller compartments for my glasses, mouse, AirPods and more.I’m very happy overall. I wish I had found this backpack years ago.

i really love this bag. only thing that’s super annoying is the fact that the instructions to change the passcode are TOTALLY WRONG. i had to look it up online to figure out how to change it. eventually i figured it out but it seems like a massive oversight on the company.how to change it: you need a needle to press the tiny circular button in until you hear a click. then you can change your password. and when you’re done changing it, you press the unlock button to reset it.

I bought this item to replace a smaller piece of carryon luggage. I’m very impressed with the fact that it has more than enough space to accommodate all of the other luggage stuff and have room to carry more, but it also has wheels that make traveling in the airport, plane or just walking more comfortable pulling the luggage than having to carry it, but that option is there also if you want too. I like this product.

Packed more than enough clothes for a week's trip, and had room to spare! Love it!

Performed well in Paris and Rome. I put miles and miles on the rollers. I didn't use the backpack straps much. It's a large size and was loaded pretty heavy so I couldn't carry it on my back for long. A smaller size lightly loaded might be better if wanting to use it as a back pack mainly.

I purchased this backpack specifically because the description says that the inside is 21 inches high. In reality it is 18 inches high. I purchased this to hold my flute, piccolo, music stand, flute and piccolo stand, and music. I measured everything carefully and all my items should have fit in the main compartment. Being as it is not 21 inches high as advertised, some of my items do not fit. My flute and piccolo fit in the main compartment, the longer items (music stand and piccolo stand) will need to be stored in a front compartment, sticking out by a couple of inches.Since I cannot find another wheeled backpack the right size, I will be keeping this one. I’d like to add that if this backpack was going to be used to hold normal things that go into a backpack, it would fit the bill. It seems very well made, lots of compartments, sturdy wheels and handle. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because of the incorrect advertised dimensions.
