Missing part of order.

Does the job is supposed to do.
Used this when I last refilled my spa. Actually, I think I purchased the wrong one as this was bigger than I needed. But with that being said it definitely softened my water more.

Did not work as advertised
Product did not work as advertised. Followed directions to the letter, used in 500 gallon salt spa, no measurable change in hardness after 48-72 hours.
