For a start this is a good price for a derma roller. I originally thought I would use this for myself but the better half beat me to it and begged me to let her try it. A word of warning - once a roller has been used by someone it should not be shared even after sterilizing. It also need to be sterilized before/after each use. Luckily I had some Isopropyl alcohol to hand.The roller is of good quality and it comes in a decent quality plastic storage case. I went for the 0.25mm .... just as well the missus got it as for what I wanted it for I would probably need a 0.5. This size is perfect for beginners though and will help with improved skin tone and apparently the absorption of skin care products. The missus after just one use said it felt like it energised her face and it felt fresher. She had a little bit of very light redness from it on her chin immediately afterwards which had faded after a short time - I wouldn't have noticed until she mentioned it. She was so pleased how she felt afterwards that she is going to keep the routine up, it is recommended that you only use it twice a week though. Great little tool.

Very fine needles, gentle on the face even if pressing hard. Doesn’t hurt. Feels well made and comes with a handy case. Very easy to use and smooth roller action.

The needles are the right depth. What I really like is that it comes in a case where the roller head is held up in the case and provides a mini "bathtub" for the rollerhead: You can pour cleaning alcohol in the case and do not risk bending the needles while cleaning.

Unfortunately some of the needles were bent and some of the plastic on the sides of the roller felt unfinished and actually stuck out higher than the needles so felt unsafe and didn't use.Full refund received though.
