Signature Series Fender Bib by Dave Perewitz for Harley-Davidson FL Touring 1997-2025

I bought this for my boyfriend and he is OVER THE MOON about it. This fit his 2015 Road Glide Special and looks really good with his diamond stitch solo seat from mustang.

looks great, but edges don't lay flat, kind of turn up on edges......awesome delivery time...

So this Mustang Fender Bib looks great on my 2020 RGS, it’s exactly what I wanted, looks super nice, quality piece as I ride solo most of the time and love the look without the pillon (rider seat) on the bike. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it is so thick that I after getting it over the seat bolts, I could not push the seat down hard enough to be able to get the two screw nuts on the seat bolts! After screwing around with it for over an hour, using everything I could come up with, including another person to try and put the seat screw nuts on, as I pushed the seat down and pulled the bib on the back of the seat out of the way, to other methods I’d rather not mention (I was desperate, lol). Nonetheless, my last attempt was to possibly ruin the fender bib and not be able to return it, but I said to myself, just go for it, so I did. (Did I mention that I really loved it and wanted it) So I took a razor knife and cut out a strip on the underside of the fender bib, about a half inch wide and all the way across the width. I then pulled the soft backing material I had just cut, out of the slice and tried it again. This time, I was able to push down and get the bolt nuts started, but that was about it. So I pulled it back up and cut the swath just a little wider, maybe 3/4” of an inch. Tried it again and I was able to push the seat down on one side, get the nut started, then started the other side and then was able to tighten the nuts with my fingers, tight enough to work keep safe. They now come off and on much easier when I change out to the pillon seat and I’m very happy. Been using now for about 5000 miles and it’s proven to be the perfect fix. So it was worth the effort, it looks great and I’d buy it again if I ever needed one. Also, after 5000 miles with the fender bib on most all of the time, there are ZERO scratches on my fender! It’s fantastic and I’m really glad I bought it...
