Defective product
I bought this microwave oven from Amazon with high hopes, but right from the day I received it, the heating performance has been poor. It simply doesn’t heat food properly—dishes come out unevenly warm or completely cold, no matter how long I set the timer or adjust the power levels. I expected at least basic functionality from a brand-new appliance, but this product has failed from the start. It's frustrating to wait several minutes only to find that my food is still cold. This defeats the whole purpose of owning a microwave oven. I tried contacting Amazon support, and while the return/replacement process was available, it’s still disappointing that such a defective product was shipped in the first place. Clearly, there’s a quality control issue. Would not recommend this product at all unless the manufacturer addresses this heating defect. Very poor experience overall.

Faulty product delivered & it is not working and they are not accepting return

Low quality
The item was of low quality and the door would open only an inch. So I asked Amazon for a replacement as per their terms but they refused saying replacement is not available, despite the terms of sale to the contrary. I finally found the cause and repaired it myself, no thanks to Amazon and Pigeon. I gave more than one star in spite of Amazon breaking the sales contract because the oven heats up and is usable
