Vaginal health is not something I knew of or even paid much attention to and I'm a 36 year old woman whose always struggled with some odor issues. I've tried everything from changing up how I clean down there to using various feminine hygiene products, nothing really worked. I was reluctant to try this product but I can say that after three days into 7 day recommended cycle of usage that my vaginal health as improved astronomically! Even after day one the odor greatly improved and I was much more comfortable going throughout my day. I'd say remember to do it at bedtime, I drink a lot of water as a diabetic so I went to the bathroom regularly and made a mistake doing it during the day just ONCE.It isn't a product that is messy, the outer coating on the pill is thin and made to dissolve easily so if you aren't careful when putting it in your can tear it. Once the pill starts dissolving the discharge isn't terrible, panty liners will work just fine with this! I have nothing but raving reviews so far and am more than happy to update as I go along.I plan to make this a part of my routine permanently going forward, especially after periods and such. I truly can't recommend enough. It's gentle and starts working on day one, thank you for such an amazing and effective product.

Okay, I'm 67, I've used other vaginal suppositories before, and I've always used a mini pad while having them inserted. However, I've never had one that left brown on the pad. It looked like dried blood. Sure was a shocker to see that, brought back last day of period memories.It may have been mentioned farther down the reviews but I didn't see it. I asked "rufus" and it did say yes, that happens.When you open the bottle, the capsules look exactly like something you'd take orally, so I was confused and reread the bottle just to be sure I got the right thing! DO NOT TAKE THESE ORALLY! I did notice someone mentioned that they had. NOPE! Vaginally! They're small but they're not slick, so if you're very dry up there, it might help to add a tiny bit of vaginally safe oil to it to help motivate up where it belongs. Unlike slippery ones, these don't seem to want to slide out. I guess they stay up there and do their job? IDK. :)I'll use up what I bought, two bottles, but if I don't "feel" a major improvement after that I'll stick to Vitamin E vaginal suppositories instead. That brown mess these leave behind is weird, and I wonder why white capsules, do that? That boric acid I guess?I'm curious if that brown goes away with long term use or does it continue?
