These are easy-to-swallow softgels and they do not cause any fish burps. I love that there's a 3-month supply in one bottle.The bottle does smell fishy though when it's opened, but that's not a surprise, since they are fish oil.The only concern I have is that just 1 softgel of these is almost 3 grams of fish oil. Why would that concern me? After I ordered them, I saw some info about research that came out last year that indicated that taking 2+ grams/day of fish oil could be involved in causing some arrhythmias. Maybe they need to make a version of these that's 1-2 grams/day instead.Because I only got one bottle of these, I'm going to finish the bottle as long as I don't experience any heart issues. My skin, brain and eyes really have been deficient in omega 3s for so long, that they really need the benefits, so I'm taking a calculated risk.When in doubt, check with your cardiologist, and/or other medical professionals.
