YETI Rambler 20 oz Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Tumbler w/MagSlider Lid

I’ve had the 20oz tumbler for about 6 months now and I love it so far. Yeti is an expensive brand of course, but the up front investment is definitely worth it and you definitely get the industrial quality that you pay for.I use it mainly for iced coffee, sometimes hot drinks, but iced drinks are where it really shines.Pros:-Practically indestructible-Easy to clean, dishwasher safe-Great insulation-Fits in standard cup holder-Easy to hold and carry (I have small hands)-Sleek, minimalist design-Functional lid and closure-20oz is a perfect size - not too small yet not too cumbersomeCons:-Not spill/leak proof-Does not retain heat as well as it retains ice and cold liquids

Yeti cups are great in keeping cold things cold, or hot things hot for long after an ordinary cup would do so. The lid design is great with the magnetic slide that helps reduce sloshing when one is not actively drinking. It's not leak-proof, I've gotten my bag when with the cup has accidentally fallen sideways. That being said, as long as you keep it upright, it's pretty safe from spills.Recently, I had an occasion to appreciate Yeti's great customer service on another cup that had a peeling finish. Yeti's website provides a way to provide the individual serial number of the item (Yes, each of their cups has a unique number) and to describe the problem. I was immediately offered the opportunity to get a replacement cup (in a different finish) and could either get the cup first (and return the defective one), or mail in the cup first and then get the replacement. It all worked really smoothly, and so if I ever have a problem with this particular cup, I have confidence Yeti will address the issue.

Yeti is such a durable and well designed brand, it’s well worth the investment, especially on sale! The 20oz is the perfect size for running errands, fits right into the cup holder, comfortable & easy to carry, drinks stay super cold for hours, the lid keeps a perfect seal even after months of running through the dishwasher, no scratches or peeling either, a great way to get away from plastic water bottles

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Quality and design is superior to any other insulated mug I have tried. Keeps coffee warmer, longer. The magnetic slider is awesome! The powder coating simply lasts and takes abuse from drops and the dishwasher like you wouldn't believe. It refuses to chip or flake.Is it perfect? No. Be aware that the lid and/or magnetic slider can pop off from higher drops. The lid is not completely leakproof as well. You cant just throw it into a bag like a Contigo mug. Not a big deal for me. I love it!

It's a great cup. I bought two of these because my wife and I take water to bed at night. When she's takes her glasses off she sets them on the night stand and would sometimes knock the glass over, spilling the water. I wake up early and since I don't turn the light on (so I don't wake her) I would sometimes knock my glass over and end up waking her up anyways. Since we bought these I knocked my glass once but I didn't spill an entire glass of water that required me to clean up right away. That's just my use for it. That said, they hold temp really well, are easy to open and sturdy. Also, the lid stays on when it falls and that's worth every penny.

Works as intended. Keeps beverages hot or cold literally all day. It also does NOT spill or leak in any way.I will say that it does mention that the cups are scratch proof. Mine has buffed already but it doesn’t bother me personally.I’ll also add I have another cup by a different brand that performs just as well as the yeti but it’s cheaper. So if you care about brands then this is great! But if you don’t then I would get a cheaper cup that’ll do the same functions.
