I just purchased a different brand of plasma ball and it stoped work after 2 days does the one have this same issue?

Hi. I haven't had any issues with this ball. It is also a glass ball. I bought one for my nephew for this past Christmas and I recently bought one for my desk at work and they work fine. This one has a "constant on" button as well as a button that allows it to react to sound only. I love it. I'm going to also use it as a crystal ball alongside my Zaldana Fortune Teller prop, for Halloween :-)

What are the dimensions ?
