This replacement key fob paired perfectly with my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. Programming was straightforward and it connected to the truck without any issues. The fob feels solid and the buttons work just like the original. Lock, unlock, remote start, and the other functions all respond quickly and reliably. The range also seems just as good as the factory remote. The build quality looks good and it fits comfortably in the hand. It’s a great option if you need a spare or a replacement without paying dealership prices. Overall this was an easy and affordable way to add another working key fob for my truck. Everything works exactly as it should.

Arrived today. I programmed it myself—was a bit nervous, but it worked perfectly! I used the 30-minute programming method (basically 3 minutes of actual steps and 27 minutes of waiting for the dash to allow the next phase). This method is for when you have either NO smart key or only ONE smart key. What I learned is that if you already have TWO programmed keys, you can use the much faster method instead. But if you don’t, then the 30-minute method is the way to go. Very satisfied! ----------------I'm posting here the method I used. --------------------- REMEMBER THAT BEFORE YOU EXIT THE PROGRAMMING PROCESS, YOU’LL NEED TO REPROGRAM YOUR OLD KEY FOB AS WELL—THIS METHOD ERASES ALL PREVIOUSLY STORED KEYS AND PROGRAMS NEW ONES ONLY. If there are no currently recognized transmitters available, follow this procedure to program up to eight transmitters. This feature is not available in Canada. This procedure will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The vehicle must be off and all transmitters to be programmed must be with you. 1. Remove the vehicle key from the transmitter. 2. Insert the vehicle key into the key lock cylinder on the driver door handle; then turn the key counterclockwise, to the unlock position five times within 10 seconds. The Driver Information Center (DIC) displays REMOTE LEARN PENDING, PLEASE WAIT 3. Wait for 10 minutes until the DIC displays PRESS ENGINE START BUTTON TO LEARN, then press the ENGINE START/STOP button. The DIC display will again show REMOTE LEARN PENDING, PLEASE WAIT. 4. Repeat Step 3 two additional times. After the third time all previously known transmitters will no longer work with the vehicle. Remaining transmitters can be relearned during the next steps. The DIC display should now show READY FOR REMOTE # 1. 5. Place the new transmitter in the transmitter pocket/insert. Open the center console storage area and the storage tray. The transmitter pocket/insert is in front of the storage area next to the center console storage area between the driver and front passenger seats. 6. Press the ENGINE START/STOP button. When the transmitter is learned, the DIC display will show that it is ready to program the next transmitter. 7. Remove the transmitter from the transmitter pocket/insert and press unlock or lock on the transmitter. To program additional transmitters, repeat Steps 5–7. When all additional transmitters are programmed, press and hold the ENGINE START/STOP button for approximately 12 seconds to exit programming mode. 8. Return the key back into the transmitter.

Worked perfectly on my 2021gmc sierra at4 2500. I programmed the controls myself. It takes 35 minutes to program keys. The pocket key transmitter is in the center console in between the two cup holders. Make sure your control battery is not dead and have you thinking it's not programmed correctly. Here are the detailed steps: 1. Open driver side door and leave it open. Take a cut key from control transmitter and put into driver side door key lock. Turn key counterclock wise 5 times in under 10 seconds. The dash control will now display "Remote Learning Pending, please wait" 2. Wait 10 minutes and immediately after, the dash control displays "Press engine start/stop button". Go ahead and press engine start/stop button. The dash control will now show "Remote Learning pending, please wait" 3. You will repeat step 2, two more times for a total of 3 times. 4. After the third time the dash control will now say "Press Engine Start Button to Learn" go ahead and press it. It will then say "Ready for Remote 1" go ahead and put your control transmitter in the pocket key transmitter(square between cup holders) buttons facing down, after a few seconds push the start/stop button. The dash will now display "Ready for Remote 2" and now take out the control from the pocket and click lock and then unlock button. 5. Now put the next control into the pocket, buttons facing down, after a few seconds push the start/stop button and it will say "Ready for Remote 3" take the control from the pocket and click lock and unlock buttons and you can keep programming more controls if you want. 6. After you programmed all the controls you wanted, push and hold the start/stop button for 12 seconds and that closes the program learning. Try out your controls to make sure they all work.

This key fob really works great. The original key fob stopped working after four years.

We bought two of these Supaland Keyless Entry Remote Control Key Fobs to replace the fobs that came with the purchase of a new 2022 GMC Sierra truck. The dealership from which we bought the truck were of no help. So we checked on Amazon, and found the above replacement fobs. We programed them exactly as one of the reviewers said to, and they work great. We are in our 60s, and not very tech savvy, so most people will be able to get them programed without any problem. And no, it wasn't the batteries. We checked the batteries on each fob, and they are fine. We even replaced the batteries just for the heck of it. The batteries were not the problem, just defective fobs. We highly recommend these replacement fobs.

Works great. Easy to program when you realize it's a slow process. Had to get mine cut at a locksmith, dealers were no help because it didn't come thru them. Instructions on how to program it were in the manual.
