So far so good. I mix this in my protein shakes. I don't taste it at all. Thank goodness. Plus I've seen a huge difference. I now going to the bathroom regularly, like multiple times a day. So if you have loose bowels just becareful. I would recommend this for the health benefits.

I have ALWAYS purchased Barleans but their prices have increased beyond what I believe is fair. I order a lot of NOW supplements because of the more reasonable price point and this was no exception. I do believe there is a difference in the product taste but not so much that I will be returning for the Barleans as both are organic cold pressed and unrefined.

I add this to my son’s milk and he doesn’t notice a difference and mind you he has food aversions. I tasted it myself and it tastes like a light nutty flavor. Will be buying again. I also use it in my dogs food I make at home.
