Are there any chemicals on the seed? I am making a spot in my yard for my bunny to graze.

Not sure - most of these seeds are nitrogen coated (I personally don’t consider that a ‘chemical’ as it’s the same thing in soil and compost that feeds the seeds) to get them a head start. I wouldn’t use Timothy for a bunny though, it’s a clumping grass that doesn’t do well with low grazing. Alfalfa or clover might be a better choice.

Is good for parrots birds?

I feed it to my bunnies but the birds seem to get a hold of it

How long will the seeds last if not planted right away?

If stored in a cool, dry place, grass seed can last for two to three years, but you may not get the same results as you would when planting fresh seed.
