BlackBerry Bold 9930 Phone (Sprint)

Excellent phone. It is too bad Sprint no longer carries such high quality builds or the operating system. The keyboard has large keys which allow us with dry fingertips to enter information into the phone. The phone is very well constructed and it is strong without the weight. Very little glare even in day time. The sound and microphone quality provides for very clear conversation and listening. The phone seems to have a limited number of applications because it is not an entertainment hub and so the applications appear to have dried up. Overall an excellent phone for the heavy email writing and texting, low web use and simple web searching/reading, and of course as a personal phone for the purpose of receiving and making phone calls.

I have owned a BlackBerry phone since they were 1st manufactured. I LOVED MY BLACKBERRY PHONES. I never had an issue with any BlackBerry I ever owned. The only reason I ever replaced a BlackBerry was due to theft, personal loss, and up-grades. I loved every aspect of the phone. When my cellular carrier no longer offered BlackBerry phones, I searched Amazon and found Eacero Deals. YAY!! So, I thought!!!From receipt of this phone from Eacero Deals, I had issues with the phone and Seller: 1: the battery was defective and had to be replaced; 2: the "mouse pad" stuck and would not function properly; 3: the replaced battery would not hold a charge - within an hour of supposedly being "fully charged", the battery icon indicated that the phone needed to be recharged; 4: after approximately 6 months, the phone kept trying to implement a "Full Shut Down" every time I tried to use the phone - often disconnecting a call; 5: Eacero Deals failed to respond to my 1st e-mail (sent approximately 5.5 months after purchase); 6: Eacero Deals is now refusing to entertain any type of resolution since their return policy is 60 days. Considering all of the above, I would NOT RECOMMEND this product or EACERO DEALS AS A SELLER!

Probably the best keyboard blackberry there is and I've had quite a few over the years.

after finding out that the phone was unlock only for GSM I was able to switch carriers and make it work.

I previously bought another phone similar to this from Amazon. However, it came from a different seller and the battery was old and broken. Then I got this one and the sellers were night and day. Not only is the phone great (perfect alternative to an iPhone after becoming severely addicted to social media apps) but the sellers even sent a thank you note in the package with it. I hope Amazon remembers the sellers and they get this review because after a bad experience it was very refreshing!

Works very slow

I tried everything Doesn't work with Sprint. So i tried Verizon Even thou i don't like there Service and it Also Didn't Work With them. Totally Disgusting Paying a lot of money. Then Doesn't Work.

I like touching real buttons. I've always liked the quality pictures my blackberry has provided. Now I enjoy being able to find very inexpensive models and rob parts off them to keep my existing model alive a bit longer. I hate the idea of paying hundreds of dollars every couple of years for a handheld communication device. Just because the industry things we need a new gadget.
