So let me start out by saying that this is not GLP-1 medication rather than support to help curb cravings essentially. This is not a magic pill that’s going to make you drop a ton of weight on its own. I will say it has done what it’s advertised to do though. This has been helpful for myself when pairing it with a calorie deficit, and daily exercise to keep me on track for my weight loss goals. I am 4 pounds down this month since adding it to my daily intake. I have always struggled with excessive snacking between meals and since using this even just a few days, and I noticed those cravings ceased. I’ve done research on the key ingredients and I believe this is legit. I will be purchasing another bottle, I do wish it were less costly, but I’m willing to spend because it has helped me get out of this plateau that I have been in.

Before purchasing this item I read all the reviews whether they're here on Amazon or in other sites, 50% of reviews were good the other 50% did not make a difference for any of them. But I figure if I try it maybe I'd be on the good side of the 50%, I WAS TOTALLY WRONG, this was a total loss. It did not help with cravings at all, it did not curve my appetite in fact I believe it increased my appetite. I know that doesn't make sense but it honestly did I will take as directed but still found myself eating a meal and still looking for something to satisfy my hunger. I'm trying to explore all options and my weight loss journey it's sad that I lost $90 over this but at least now I know that it did not work for me. So I'm on to the next hopefully I'll find something. It's a 50/50 chance with these I hope it works for the next person on their weight loss journey... 🤞🏼

I decided to try this product because I didn’t want injections. I had a hard time in injections due to constipation issues. I did not know Kourtney Kardashian was connected to this product. I have to say I am impressed. I began at a weight of 259 pounds and I am now 252 pounds. I am not constipated at all. I have felt as if my appetite has decreased, but I am making healthier decisions when it comes to the food that I eat because I have more time to concentrate on is nutritional value before I eat it. Before if I was hungry, I eat whatever in sight now that the hunger has suppressed, I can think about what I’m gonna put in my mouth which to me is a huge game changer. Before on the injections, I was dealing with a lot of dehydration and constipation with this product. I have not had that issue. I am only two weeks in and I have already lost 7 pounds. I know it’s not water weight per se because I am on a diuretic for high blood pressure so that doesn’t have anything to do with it. I began Zepbound injections in April for weight loss and I lost 30 pounds but, I weaned off of Zepbound in September. By December I was gaining the weight back and decided as a resolution to use pills that encouraged the GLP1 hormone to activate in my gut naturally. I take two eat to follow capsule's daily in the morning and I purchase a 30 day supply. I’m on my 2nd week. I coupled it with a B12 vitamin because I was prepared to feel groggy or sleepy on the medication because that’s what the injection did to me, but it has not been that at all. I have experienced no stomach upset at all. I’m very grateful for the daily go if you know what I mean. I highly recommend this product.

It’s been 4 days on it and let me tell you I’m not constantly thinking about food anymore ! It has really cut my appetite and snack cravings through out the day. I take 2 every morning on an empty stomach with my coffee and I don’t start to feel hungry until about 12ish and then when I eat I get full fast. I also don’t have any symptoms from it. No fast heart beat or nausea feeling like other weight loss meds. I’m so excited for this product. It’s not cheap but it’s so worth the money in my opinion. I just hope it continues to work! I will be buying another bottle in a few weeks to continue this journey.

I have been taking this for about half a year now and have noticed minimal change in appetite. After I finish this last bottle I am done taking it. I'm disappointed especially because i love other lemme products. This one didn't work for me.

I have been taking these for over two weeks and haven't noticed any difference in weight or cravings. I don't drink alcohol and I don't eat a bunch of sugary snacks, I was just wanting to take off a few stubborn pounds. Was hoping this would take away my salty cravings and make my appetite smaller. I take them first thing in the morning before eating. They do not seem to contain any caffeine or stimulants that make me jittery. As a matter of fact, I've noticed zero difference since I started taking them. Considering the price of this supplement, I expected something and instead I got nothing. Do not waste your money. I would never purchase this again...such a waste of almost $80 because you cannot return them!

I won’t lie I bought this on a whim just hoping it would help curb my snack cravings and over eating and it did just that, it actually does help. Taking these I already see a small difference in my bloating but hoping it lasts as long as I exercise, stay hydrated along with eating 3 portioned meals a day.
